1. Privacy First Architecture

This Privacy Policy applies to the Torch Light mobile application ("Application", "App", "Service"), developed by Mohan MRKS ("Developer"). Torch Light is built with a "Privacy First" approach. We believe your personal data, media, and files belong exclusively to you.

2. Data Handling & Permissions Policy

Torch Light operates locally on your client device as an offline utility. Permission details:

CAMERA / FLASHLIGHT: Granted locally to control the hardware camera LED flash for illumination.

3. Offline & Local Operation Guarantee

Flashlight activation, strobe frequency modulation, Morse code flashing, and screen light controls occur 100% locally on client hardware.

4. Third-Party Advertising & Telemetry Data

The Application integrates Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC) to serve advertisements. Google AdMob may process device identifiers (Advertising ID, IP address) for ad delivery and fraud prevention.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The Application does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years of age. Google AdMob is configured to comply with COPPA guidelines.
