1. Privacy First Architecture

This Privacy Policy applies to the Music Player mobile application ("Application", "App", "Service"), developed by Mohan MRKS ("Developer"). Music Player is built with a "Privacy First" approach. We believe your personal data, media, and files belong exclusively to you.

2. Data Handling & Permissions Policy

Music Player operates locally on your client device as an offline utility. Permission details:

READ_MEDIA_AUDIO / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Granted locally on your device to open, read, edit, and save files. Your personal files are never uploaded to any external server.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Granted locally to display playback controls, recording status, or background operation updates.

3. Local Audio Processing Guarantee

Audio playback, equalization, ID3 tag reading, playlist creation, and sleep timer scheduling occur 100% locally on client hardware.

4. Third-Party Advertising & Telemetry Data

The Application integrates Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC) to serve advertisements. Google AdMob may process device identifiers (Advertising ID, IP address) for ad delivery and fraud prevention.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The Application does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years of age. Google AdMob is configured to comply with COPPA guidelines.
