You are solely responsible for all music tracks, audio files, and playlists stored or played on your device.

4. Equalizer & Audio Engine Disclaimer

Audio decoding, equalization presets, and playback features are provided "as is". Sound quality depends on source audio bitrate.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Application.
