You are solely responsible for all note entries, personal memos, and checklist items created or stored on your device.

4. Notes Database & Lock Disclaimer

Note storage, markdown parsing, and biometric lock features are provided "as is".

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Application.
