You are solely responsible for all video files, movies, and subtitles stored or played on your device.

4. Playback Engine Disclaimer

Video decoding, subtitle synchronization, and hardware playback features are provided "as is".

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Application.
