This Privacy Policy applies to the Voice Recorder mobile application ("Application", "App", "Service"), developed by Mohan MRKS ("Developer"). Voice Recorder is built with a "Privacy First" approach. We believe your personal data, media, and files belong exclusively to you.

2. Data Handling & Permissions Policy

Voice Recorder operates locally on your client device as an offline utility. Permission details:

RECORD_AUDIO: Granted locally on your device to capture live audio recordings. Audio streams are encoded and saved directly to your device storage.
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Granted locally on your device to open, read, edit, and save files. Your personal files are never uploaded to any external server.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Granted locally to display playback controls, recording status, or background operation updates.

3. Local Audio Encoding Guarantee

Microphone audio capture, acoustic noise suppression, waveform rendering, and MP3/M4A/WAV encoding occur 100% locally on your device.

4. Third-Party Advertising & Telemetry Data

The Application integrates Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC) to serve advertisements. Google AdMob may process device identifiers (Advertising ID, IP address) for ad delivery and fraud prevention.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The Application does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years of age. Google AdMob is configured to comply with COPPA guidelines.
