These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the eBook Reader mobile application ("Application", "Service"), developed by Mohan MRKS ("Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of License & Allowed Usage

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and execute eBook Reader on mobile devices you own or control.

3. Local Content & User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all eBook documents, EPUB/PDF files, and annotations stored or opened within your device.

4. Reading Engine & TTS Disclaimer

eBook rendering, typography parsing, and Text-to-Speech (TTS) features are provided "as is". Accuracy depends on source file formatting.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Application.
