This Privacy Policy applies to the Photos App mobile application ("Application", "App", "Service"), developed by Mohan MRKS ("Developer"). Photos App is built with a "Privacy First" approach. We believe your personal data, media, and files belong exclusively to you.

2. Data Handling & Permissions Policy

Photos App operates locally on your client device as an offline utility. Permission details:

READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_MEDIA_VIDEO / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Granted locally on your device to open, read, edit, and save files. Your personal files are never uploaded to any external server.

3. Local Media Processing Guarantee

Image decoding, album organization, thumbnail caching, EXIF metadata viewing, and collage generation occur 100% locally on your device.

4. Third-Party Advertising & Telemetry Data

The Application integrates Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC) to serve advertisements. Google AdMob may process device identifiers (Advertising ID, IP address) for ad delivery and fraud prevention.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The Application does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years of age. Google AdMob is configured to comply with COPPA guidelines.
