4. Media Engine & Collage Disclaimer

Image viewer, album sorting, and collage creation features are provided "as is".

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Application.
