These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Torch Light mobile application ("Application", "Service"), developed by Mohan MRKS ("Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and execute Torch Light on mobile devices you own or control.

3. Local Content & User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the safe and appropriate use of the device hardware flashlight.

4. Hardware & Strobe Light Disclaimer

Flashlight and strobe features are provided "as is". Warning: Strobe lighting may trigger discomfort or photosensitive reactions in sensitive individuals.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Application.
