1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Mohan RKS ("Developer", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the Torch Light mobile application ("Application", "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Application.

2. Scope of License & Allowed Usage

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and execute the Application for your personal, non-commercial use on mobile devices owned or controlled by you.

Restricted Actions:

• You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
• You shall not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Application.
• You shall not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Application.
• You shall not use the Application to engage in unlawful activities or bypass device security measures.

3. Device Hardware & Utility Disclaimer

Torch Light is provided as a free lighting and utility tool. By using the Application, you agree to use it responsibly:

• Battery & Thermal Usage: Prolonged operation of hardware LED flash or continuous high-brightness screen lighting will increase battery consumption and device heating. You are responsible for monitoring your device state.
• Screen Flashlight & Hardware Burn-In: Long-term display of static bright colors may contribute to screen image retention or display wear on certain screen technologies. Users activate maximum brightness screen modes at their own discretion.
• "As-Is" Service Guarantee: The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted, defect-free operation.

4. Strobe Light & Photosensitivity Warning

The Application includes high-frequency Strobe and SOS emergency signal flashing modes. Flashing lights may trigger discomfort, disorientation, or seizures in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy or related neurological conditions. Users activate strobe features voluntarily and assume full responsibility.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Developer or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including hardware degradation, battery drain, or data loss) arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Application.
